Pharma Capital Ventures is founded by Per Lofberg, Gary Lubin and Jeff Tarlowe.
The partners have been a team for more than ten years at Co-Founding Merck Capital Ventures and part of Merck-Medco's executive management. They have a combined 70 years of healthcare experience, completing over 50 corporate transactions of all types. The Principals founded MCV in November 2000 and have managed the entity since its inception.
